Your Perfect Home

Do you spend hours looking at house plans while dreaming of retiring to a home by the sea, imagining lazy days canoeing or hiking near you home. Most people have wondered about their dream home - what will it look like, where will it be, when will I be able afford it? The question that most people don't consider is, does your perfect home even exist?

There are a number of factors that go into making a home your "dream home", it must be in the perfect location, it must be the right style and size for your family, and it must be affordable. Depending on how particular you are about the features of your new home it can be difficult to find your "dream home".

Perhaps you dream of a home by the sea and would love to live in one of the many cottages by the ocean, this might be ideal if you are retired or able to relocate, but moving to a cottage in a small town isn't feasible for everyone. Fortunately, if you are willing to be a little bit flexible there are plenty of wonderful communities in which you may find your dream home.

A wonderful town that has an extraordinary number of beautiful parks and recreation areas could be nearby. Homes for sale have been increasing in price, from an average of $410 000 for a detached bungalow a year ago to an average $500 000 today. This is likely due to the growing number of people who want to live near, but not in, nearby Toronto.

If one area doesn't suit you, you might consider looking into neighbouring real estate. While your area is quite a large town with a population of more than 250 000, next door is much smaller with only slightly more than 90 000 residents.

Finally, Rosehill real estate is worth exploring for anyone interested in living in the Greater Toronto Area. Rosehill is a small community in Caledon which is a largely rural area. Rosehill will appeal to people who are seeking space and privacy while still maintaining reasonable proximity to the city.

Your dream home does exist. It's out there somewhere, you just need to search and be flexible. Markham, Ajax, and Rosehill, are great places to start your search, but don't limit yourself. The key to finding your dream home is to be persistent and open to many different options.
